4 exercises to get rid of Double Chin

In today's world of social media, everyone is constantly clicking pictures and based on our conversations with our users we understood that double chin is the biggest concern of most of our users when it comes to taking pictures and putting them up on social media platforms.


As weight gain is the main cause of double chin, so you cannot ignore how important a healthy diet and exercise are, but along with that we have put together a list of face exercises that will help tone the facial muscles for a more chiselled jawline, so here they are:


1. Kiss the roof:

  • Sit in a comfortable position.

  • Now pucker your lips and look towards the ceiling like you are trying to kiss it.

  • Extend your lips till you feel a stretch in your neck and chin.

  • Hold this pose for 5 seconds and release.

  • Do 2 sets of 15 repetitions each.

2. Press the tongue:

  • Sit straight with your back straight.

  • Lift your head and look up to the ceiling, now press your tongue to the roof of your mouth and slowly drop your chin.

  • Stay in this position for 5 seconds and release.

  • Do 2 sets of 20 repetitions each.

3. Touch the nose with the tongue:

  • Sit comfortably, now try to touch your nose with your tongue. Remember to keep your lips relaxed throughout this exercise.

  • Repeat 5 times per set.

4. Chin up:

  • Lift your lower lip upwards with the help of chin muscles.

  • Repeat this 10 times.

Word of advice: Do not overdo these exercises and follow the steps properly.
