Do 2 sets of 15 repetitions each.
2. Press the tongue:
Sit straight with your back straight.
Lift your head and look up to the ceiling, now press your tongue to the roof of your mouth and slowly drop your chin.
Stay in this position for 5 seconds and release.
Do 2 sets of 20 repetitions each.
3. Touch the nose with the tongue:
Sit comfortably, now try to touch your nose with your tongue. Remember to keep your lips relaxed throughout this exercise.
Repeat 5 times per set.
4. Chin up:
Lift your lower lip upwards with the help of chin muscles.
Repeat this 10 times.
Word of advice: Do not overdo these exercises and follow the steps properly.
